A 49-year-old man raped his minor daughter in Bishkek. The Prosecutor General’s Office confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
A social worker contacted the police in winter of 2020 and said that a man has been raping his nine-year-old daughter in Ak-Bosogo residential area. The fact was registered, pre-trial proceedings were started under article 161 «Rape» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It was established during the investigation that the girl has been living with her father only since she was two months old. Her mother left home and has not shown up since.
The man was detained, criminal case was sent to court. The 49-year-old citizen was also deprived of parental rights, and the child was placed in a boarding school. The case is pending .
