Adolescents were lured into Hizb ut-Tahrir in Bishkek under the guise of teaching Arabic grammar. The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
An active member of the religious extremist organization, who instilled the ideology of Hizb ut-Tahrir in minor children, was detained in the capital. A large amount of religious literature, synopses, e-books, 9 mobile phones, a laptop, 4 USB flash drives, a brochure of Hizb ut-Tahrir publishing house with a draft Constitution of a theocratic state (Caliphate) were found and confiscated from the so-called «masul» and another member of the organization.
Members of the underground cell of Hizb ut-Tahrir organized illegal religious education for minor children who, under the guise of teaching Arabic grammar, were subjected to ideological indoctrination of Hizb ut-Tahrir.
At the time of the investigation, there were seven adolescents from regions of the Kyrgyz Republic aged 10 to 17 in the apartment, most of them are children of labor migrants. Ideological indoctrination of the teenagers was carried out using mobile applications and smartphones.
For example, electronic books of Hizb ut-Tahrir were found in the mobile devices of the minors under the names «Islamic State», «System of Islam», «Party Cohesion», «System of Government in Islam», «Concept of Hizb ut-Tahrir», «Economic system in Islam», «Social system in Islam» and others.
