The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan registered 126 violations on the election day. Press service of the ministry reported. The police also received 38 reports of bribery of voters.
«At least 126 violations were registered from 8.00 to 24.00. Two of them are facts of bribery of voters in Chui region (investigation is underway), one is the use of administrative resources in Batken region, four are petty hooliganism, including two in Chui region, one in Bishkek and one in Osh city,» the ministry said.
The internal affairs bodies received 36 messages about campaigning on the election day, 38 messages about bribery of voters, 19 about mass transportation of people, one message about dissemination of false information, two messages about use of administrative resource, one about a power outage and one about withholding of wages.
«The aforementioned violations are currently being investigated, appropriate decisions will be made based on the results,» the police said.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs notes that the internal affairs bodies continue to ensure security.
