President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov has been repeatedly tested for coronavirus upon arrival in Bishkek. PCR test showed a negative result. The Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.
The president is in self-isolation and is working remotely.
Coronavirus infection was confirmed in the head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Daniyar Sydykov, and in a security officer. Since they have asymptomatic form, they will be treated in conditions of home isolation.
The rest of the delegation and accompanying persons tested negative for the disease. They all are in self-isolation.
Recall, Sooronbai Jeenbekov, being in the capital of Russia, refrained from participation in events dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The decision was made, according to the algorithm of actions, in connection with detection of coronavirus in persons accompanying him.
