At least 937,088 passports have been issued in Kyrgyzstan last year. The State Registration Service provided such data.
About 436,076 international passports and 501,012 biometric ID cards have been manufactured and issued.
Last week, the State Registration service announced a tender for purchase of forms of biometric international passports. In total, it is planned to purchase 1.5 million forms.
