Following the results of the first stage of inventory of tourist attractions, 16 objects that can be transferred to operating management have been chosen. The Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Altynai Omurbekova announced today at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on economic and fiscal policy.
According to her, it is mainly about cultural and historical attractions. Thus, the state is ready to give Sulaiman-Too, Burana tower, Ak-Beshim, Tash-Rabat complex, Skazka canyon, dead lake, Ozgon tower and a number of other historical sites for operating management.
«Kyrgyztourism will be engaged in economic activities and be responsible for the good work of the recreational areas. The Department of Tourism should be responsible for the development of a common policy in the field of tourism,» Altynai Omurbekova stressed.
