In 2019, we will complete the development of a design and estimate documentation — this will be in July; in the fall, at the end of the tourist season, we will begin reconstruction. A major overhaul of the bridge at Karasu checkpoint is also planned together with the Kyrgyz partners,» Roman Skylar told.
In addition, an agreement on the transfer of two checkpoints — Sortobe (Tokmok-Avtodorozhniy) and Auhatty (Kenbulun-Avtodorozhniy) — from bilateral to multilateral has been signed.
