103,550 parents received balaga suyunchu allowance in Kyrgyzstan

Since the beginning of 2018, at least 103,550 parents have received balaga suyunchu allowance in Kyrgyzstan. The Minister of Labor and Social Development Ulukbek Kochkorov told at a press conference.

He noted that, according to the Ministry of Health, the number of newborns was larger.

«But not all parents applied for payment. They can do this within six months since the birth of the child,» the minister reminded.

Ulukbek Kochkorov said that in order to receive benefits, it was necessary to submit a passport and bank card details.

«The application is submitted to a registry office, Public Service Center or information kiosks of the State Registration Service. Within seven days, the information is processed and submitted to our ministry. After it we transfer funds to banks,» he told.

Ulukbek Kochkorov added that a pilot project when an application for benefits was issued together with a birth certificate was working. According to him, such a system should work throughout the country by March 1, 2019.
