Majority coalition of Bishkek City Council collapses

The majority coalition of the Bishkek City Council collapsed. At least three out of four parties decided to quit the coalition. Leader of SDPK faction, Ermek Usubaliev, told 24.kg news agency.

«We wrote a letter on the convocation of an extraordinary session, adopted a factional decision to withdraw from the majority coalition. Two more factions Onuguu-Progress and Mekenim Kyrgyzstan also made such a decision. Now we are consulting on the formation of a new coalition,» he said.

Recall, an extraordinary session of the City Council will be held tomorrow, on September 20.
