Zhyldyzbek Abdraimov from Onuguu-Progress faction was appointed a Deputy Assistant Chairman of Bishkek City Council. The decision was made at a session of the Bishkek City Council.
It was announced at the session that a deputy assistant can be elected in accordance with the Law on Local State Administration and Local Government Bodies.
The document says that if the number of city residents exceeds 20,000 people, then the chairman of the City Council can have two assistants.
