«I will take the liberty and say for the majority that even the skeptics left the meeting with the president satisfied,» Dinara Alyaeva, Director of the Public Foundation «Pomogat Legko,» told 24.kg news agency.
According to her, the head of state gave specific decisions on each speech of the forty invited speakers.
«Even the skeptics who laughed why there were no journalists, why the mobile phones were taken away, and those who came to criticize the judicial and human rights reforms in a very harsh manner left, I think, 50 percent satisfied with the conversation and open talks,» said Dinara Alyaeva.
She added that after meeting with the head of state she had the belief that Sooronbai Jeenbekov saw and heard alternative opinions, drew his conclusions and all his actions were aimed at radical reforms.
«The invited voiced the wish to hold such meetings more often and in a narrower format, on certain topics and areas,» Dinara Alyaeva summed up.
Today, Sooronbai Jeenbekov met with the civil activists and representatives of the non-governmental sector. The conversation lasted about four hours and was closed for journalists.
