The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution on granting a number of new benefits to individual entrepreneurs. Uzbek media reported.
Individual entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan are exempted from payment of all types of taxes for five years.
They are those who organized in settlements with less than 5,000 people activities on providing hairdressing services, tailoring services for individual orders, shoe repair or opened a bathhouse.
In addition, all individual entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan are exempted from payment of a fixed tax, paid for each hired employee.
In addition, private entrepreneurs will now pay a monthly fixed tax on transportation of goods by a vehicle with a carrying capacity of more than 3 tons at a rate of double minimum wage. This is also called a significant support.
«Benefits are granted also to the subjects of family entrepreneurship. Now they have the right without establishing a legal entity to hire up to three permanent employees with signing an employment contract with them and involve all close relatives who have reached working age as family business participants,» the report said.
