The Parliament ratified the agreement on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border. The decision was made today at its meeting.
The State Border Service asked to adopt the agreement as urgent.
The document defines the rules for the maintenance and crossing the state border, the passage of persons, cars and the movement of goods, the resolution of border incidents.
The governments of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan have mutually decided that the state border between the two states "must remain the boundary of eternal peace and friendship from generation to generation."
