Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev - candidate for post of prime minister of Kyrgyzstan

The Chief of the Presidential Administration of the country Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev became a candidate for the post of head of government. Sources in the Parliament informed 24.kg news agency.

It is noted that the deputies are not going to consider other candidates so far.

Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev has been working as the head of the Presidential Administration just for a month.

He was born on January 20, 1968 in Kochkor district of Naryn region.

In 1994, he graduated from the Agronomy Faculty of the Agricultural Institute named after Konstantin Skryabin;

1997 — graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business of the International University of Kyrgyzstan.

He began his labor activity in 1994 as a Deputy Director of the Finance and Agro-Industrial Company «Kyrgyzstan;»

1995-1997 — Executive Director of Azhar LLC;

1997-1998 — expert of the Lending Department of the State Fund for Support of Small and Medium Business under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

1998-1999 — Director of the Employment Department of Pervomaisky district of Bishkek;

1999-2003 — Director of Employment Department of Bishkek;

2003 — Head of the Internal Audit Department of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2003-2007 — Head of the Chui Regional Department of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2007-2009 — Head of Staff of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2009-2010 — Deputy Chairman of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2010-2016 — Chairman of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic;

April 13, 2016 — the First Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan.

After the resignation of Sooronbai Jeenbekov on August 22, he served as a prime minister;

August 26 — September 12 (2017) — Adviser to the President of Kyrgyzstan;

On September 12, 2017, he was appointed the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan;

On March 16, 2018, he was appointed the Head of the Presidential Administration.
