Deputies dissatisfied. Loan of €40 million not used

MP Mirlan Bakirov expressed his dissatisfaction with the fact that Kyrgyzstan was never able to use €40 million from Poland. He announced this at a meeting today.

According to him, Poland issued a loan in 2014. Deputies ratified the relevant document. It was a technical loan for the purchase of equipment. But it was never used, and the agreement expired. Later the profile committee of the parliament on agrarian policy extended its term.

«Until now, not a cent has been allocated. The Ministers of Economy and Finance must answer why this happened. People should get the opportunity to buy equipment on credit. We need to solve the problem,» the deputy noted.
