Growth of Kyrgyz economy in next three years to comprise 4.5 percent

Growth of the Kyrgyz economy in the next three years will comprise on the average 4.5 percent. This was announced today at public hearings on the draft budget of the republic for 2018-2020.

It is noted that the budget is based on the program of social and economic development of the country. According to the forecast, the GDP of Kyrgyzstan in 2018 will be 538.1 billion, in 2019 — 589.9 billion, in 2020 — 648.5 billion soms. Thus, the economic growth will be 3.6, 4.8 and 5.2 percent per year.

Inflation in the next three years will keep at 4.5-5.7 percent.

The subsistence minimum will increase from 5,185.4 soms in 2018 to 5,760.5 in 2020. The average monthly salary in 2018 will be 16,577.8 soms, and by 2020 will grow by 2,407.2 soms.
