The inter-district court of Bishkek considered the statement of Almazbek Zholdoshbekov, the authorized representative of the presidential candidate Omurbek Tekebayev. The lawyer of Ata Meken party Taalaigul Toktakunova informed 24.kg news agency.
According to the court ruling, exactly CEC should consider the issue how Omurbek Tekebayev, being in the pretrial detention center of the State National Security Committee on corruption charges, should pass the Kyrgyz language test.

Tekebayev’s supporters went on a hunger strike in protest when members of the working group Elena Dzhilkichieva and Kairat Osmonaliev sent a representative of Omurbek Tekebaev to court in fact declaring that the CEC is trying to avoid solution of the problem.
Pervomaisky District Court refused to hear the case, noting that it is the prerogative of the Central Election Commission.
