The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) registered Kubanychbek Samakov as a deputy of the Parliament in the Leninsky single-mandate constituency No. 26. Press service of the commission reported.
It is noted that Kubanychbek Samakov was issued a certificate and a deputy badge.
According to the CEC, all 32 complaints about violations received before and after voting day were considered. According to law enforcement agencies, «there are no outstanding materials on violations affecting the voting results and election results.»
The CEC summed up the voting results in the Leninsky single-mandate constituency No. 26 on September 20. The elections were recognized as valid. The results for none of the polling stations were cancelled.
A businessman, the son of ex-member of Parliament Karganbek Samakov won the majority of votes. At least 26.14 percent of voters voted for him. Almaz Askar uulu passed the five percent threshold with a result of 13.04 percent, Zhamalbek Yrsaliev — 8.7 percent, Ruslanbek Tagaev — 18.99 percent.
At least 2.83 percent of citizens voted for none of the above.
