Meeting of the EEU Council in Bishkek ends. Ten documents signed

The session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council was held in Bishkek today. According to its results, the heads of state signed ten documents:

— On granting to the Republic of Moldova the status of the observer state under the EEU;

— On granting to the CIS member states the status of the observer state under the EEU;

— On the interim agreement leading to the formation of a free trade zone between the EEU and its member states on the one hand, and Iran on the other hand;

— On the results of external audit (control) in the bodies of the EEU in 2016;

— On the main orientations of the macroeconomic policy of the EEU states for 2017–2018;

— On early termination of the powers of two members of the EEC Collegium from Kazakhstan;

— On the appointment of two members of the EEC Collegium from Kazakhstan;

— On the introduction of changes to the EEC work regulations;

— On the recognition of the decision of the interstate council of the EEU (Supreme Body of the Customs Union) dated November 27, 2009 invalid;

— On the time and place of the next meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council — October 11, 2017, Moscow (Russia).
