Heating in Bishkek to be shut off next week — City Hall

Heating in Bishkek may be shut off as early as next week, the City Hall reported.

If the average daily temperature exceeds 8°C and remains at that level for at least five consecutive days, city authorities typically decide to end the heating season.

According to the weather forecast, Kyrgyzstan’s capital is expected to experience consistently warm weather over the next seven days. Daytime temperatures will average 15-20°C. Overnight temperatures are also expected to be above zero.
