The Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) Kamchybek Tashiev handed over the keys to a one-room apartment to a family in need.
On February 17, Makhratbek kyzy Kanyshai asked the head of the security services for help, saying that she is a «person with disabilities since childhood», has a visual impairment, is divorced, and is raising three children alone. Her eldest daughter is also disabled since childhood and studies at a boarding school for hearing-impaired and late-deafened children in Bishkek.
The woman thanked Kamchybek Tashiev for help.
