Transformation of 11 hectares of rainfed arable land in the territory of Mazar-Bulak village for the construction of a processing industry enterprise and a trade and logistics center was authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers. Akylbek Japarov signed the corresponding decree of the Cabinet of Ministers.
It is known that this land plot in Suzak district of Jalal-Abad region is privately owned by Cholponbai Ismailov.
The lands will be transferred from the category of «Agricultural Land» to the category of «Land of Industry, Transport, Communication, Energy, Defense and Other Purpose».
The district state administration was instructed to ensure the restoration of the area of lands, analyze unproductive lands and introduce them into agricultural turnover, as well as to pay the compensation for losses of agricultural and forestry production and lost profits in accordance with the legislation.
