The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved amendments to the investment agreement with the Kyrgyz-Chinese Investment Holding LLC on the implementation of the investment and construction project, signed in 2023.
The investment project «Eurasian Trade and Logistics Complex» was renamed into «Trade and Logistics Manas Town».
It was decided to create a management company, the share of which will be 51 percent, 49 percent will belong to the Cabinet of Ministers.
Ten percent of the commissioned housing complexes will be transferred to the state free of charge.
The state administration of Alamedin district was instructed to provide a land plot with a total area of 456.57 hectares, located in Leninskoye village, to the Kyrgyz-Chinese Investment Holding for use for 49 years.
