The Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadyr Beishenaliev is on a working trip to Paris. It should be noted that the Summer Olympic Games are currently taking place in the capital of France.
According to the press service, a meeting with the Minister of Health of France and the signing of a declaration of intent in the field of healthcare between the ministries are expected.
Alymkadyr Beishenaliev also visited the Olympic village and met with the medical team and athletes from the Kyrgyz Republic. He congratulated Zholaman Sharshenbekov and Meerim Zhumanazarova on their victory.
The official attended the sports competitions and supported the Kyrgyz athletes.
He visited the medical center and got acquainted with the work of the medical team, ensuring the health and safety of the athletes. He discussed medical care with the doctors, emphasizing the importance of maintaining excellent physical fitness of athletes and providing them with timely medical care.
«Our athletes are in excellent shape and are fully focused on the competitions. Doctors, in turn, are ready to provide all the necessary support and ensure their health at the highest level. I wish our athletes good health and great victories! We already have two medals in our collection, let our other athletes demonstrate their best results and proudly represent our country on the world stage,» Alymkadyr Beishenaliev said.
Earlier, the bronze medalist of the 2024 Games in Greco-Roman wrestling Uzur Dzhuzupbekov told what could have been the reason for his loss in the quarterfinals on August 7.
According to the athlete, he felt unwell that day — maybe he ate something wrong or the food in the Olympic village did not suit his body. By the evening of August 8, his health had more or less improved.
