Kyrgyzstan starts accepting single tax returns

The State Tax Service launched a campaign for accepting single tax returns for 2023. The press service of the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The campaign will be held in two stages: legal entities, state and municipal employees will have to file their declarations by April 1, individuals and individual entrepreneurs — by May 1.

The state and municipal employees, domestic organizations, as well as foreign organizations operating in the country with the formation of a permanent establishment are required to submit their tax returns until April 1.

Individual entrepreneurs, individuals owning taxable property and land (with the exception of household plots), as well as peasant and farm enterprises have to file their tax returns until May 1.

Before May 1, the declaration is also submitted by persons who acquired property worth over 300,000 soms during the year, employees of organizations and enterprises with state participation, citizens with a residence permit or returnee status, who received income from activities in international organizations.

The tax return must provide information on income and expenses, economic activities, property, land plots and the amount of tax liabilities paid for the reporting year.
