Deputy Nilufar Alimzhanova told at a meeting of Parliament that appeals about low salaries of doctors in inpatient facilities are received.
«For a rate of 1.25, the salary of doctors who work in inpatient facilities is 11,000 soms. It’s in the region. Are you planning to increase their wages?» she asked.
Health Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev responded that the government has been considering the issue of increasing doctors’ salaries for 2024-2025.
«Doctors in inpatient facilities have a salary of 18,000 soms. And for young specialists who just got a job — from 11,000 to 15,000 soms. But we plan to give them a salary supplement,» he noted.
The deputy added that it is necessary to encourage young staff by increasing their salaries.
