The first batch of potatoes from Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions successfully reached consumers in Tashkent. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce reported.
The total volume of the first delivery will be 1,000 tons of selected potatoes. The entire batch has previously undergone laboratory examination and has already been sold in full.
«This became possible thanks to the efforts of the trade mission in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The delivery not only demonstrates mutually beneficial cooperation with Uzbekistan, but also opens the door to future partnership in the fields of trade and economy,» the ministry noted.
