Uzbek investors to build textile factory in Nooken for $31 million

Uzbek investors plan to build a large textile factory in Aral village, Nooken district of Kyrgyzstan. The press service of the office of Presidential Envoy to Jalal-Abad region reported.

According to its data, the head of the region Absattar Syrgabaev met with investors who intend to build the industrial facility.

The district administration of Nooken signed a tripartite agreement with Uzbek companies Art Soft Holding and SASSA GROUP.

According to the agreement, the construction of the factory will begin in December this year and will be completed by the end of 2024. Local authorities have allocated 20 hectares of land for the construction of the facility. The total cost of the project is $31 million. It is planned to create more than 1,000 jobs.

All the necessary conditions will be created at the textile factory for the production of cotton fabrics and finished products.
