The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov, as part of a working visit to the south of the country, took part in the opening of a new secondary school No. 27 in Osh city. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
Akylbek Japarov congratulated teachers and students on the start of the new academic year. He also recalled that the salary of school principals and deputy head teachers has been increased since September.
The head of the Cabinet also addressed the first-graders. «I wish my little friends, who crossed the threshold of the school for the first time and went to the 1st grade, success in the school year. May their life path be as bright as this school!» he summed up.
Construction of the new school building began last year and was completed in less than a year. At least 95 million soms were allocated for construction of the three-story school for 500 students.
