Earlier, the man was detained by police officers. He was taken to the Leninsky district police department.
«After the man was taken to the police department, Interpol officers decided to take him to the Narcology Center for examination. The suspect pushed the people present there and fled. An internal investigation is underway. The man is a citizen of Kazakhstan,» the sources said.
