Paper forms of declarations of individuals will be destroyed at the Bishkek city sanitary landfill on August 7, 2023. The Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service Bekbolot Aliyev told at a press conference.
According to him, the process will take place with the participation of a special commission and journalists. On the same day, Salyk Service state institution will destroy electronic declarations.
«We have already prepared everything. We checked our lists of people who are under sanctions or on the international wanted list. Their declarations are not subject to destruction. By destroying the declarations, we do not cancel the obligation to file them in subsequent years,» Bekbolot Aliyev said.
According to the law on Voluntary Legalization and Amnesty of Individuals’ Assets, the Tax Service was instructed to destroy all declarations submitted by individuals, except for individual entrepreneurs, within 60 days from the date of the law’s entry into force.
A single tax return of an individual who does not carry out entrepreneurial activities (FORM STI-100), does not have taxable income (simplified) (FORM STI-103), replaces and holds a state and municipal position (FORM STI-155), as well as tax declarations for an individual (FORM STI-079) are subject to liquidation.
