In the future, the country will build all roads in Kyrgyzstan by itself in order to save budget funds. The President Sadyr Japarov said to journalists.
According to him, the Ministry of Transport and Communications purchases new equipment for these purposes.
«We will build roads ourselves. Previously, under various pretexts, construction was carried out by foreign companies, the cost was 3-4 times more. It was convenient to share and appropriate budget money together with them. Officials openly bargained over a share, helping investors win tenders. This is no secret to anyone. Therefore, we bought equipment for the Ministry of Transport and began to build ourselves. Costs will be reduced by three to four times. We have not received all the equipment yet, we are waiting for 700 more units. In the future, we will asphalt roads in every village. There will be enough forces and budget,» Sadyr Japarov said.
