It is necessary to create a national road-building company in Kyrgyzstan. Leader of Onuguu-Progress Bakyt Torobaev said at a meeting of the parliamentary faction.
According to him, Kyrgyzstan takes a lot of loans for the construction of roads, and tenders are won by foreign companies. The latter subcontract work to domestic companies.
«Why our national road-building company can not become a contractor, which will take these loans on its own? It can also subcontract other domestic companies. In this case, we will get the profit. Our country also has good road construction specialists,» Bakyt Torobaev told.
