Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan Kudaibergen Bazarbaev signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Union for Assistance in Development of Migration Projects Migration Alliance (St. Petersburg, Russia). Press service of the ministry reported.
The document will help improve the process of employment of migrants from Kyrgyzstan at Russian enterprises, interaction with employers, informing citizens about employment opportunities.
In addition, issue of opening a pre-departure migration center is being worked out, including with the help of the Migration Alliance Union. It will provide information on the availability of vacancies, the procedure for stay and performing temporary labor activities in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.
According to Nikita Murov, CEO of Bronka Group Holding, founder of Migration Alliance, an important goal of cooperation with the Ministry of Labor is to create a platform for interaction with employers in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.
«We are interested in the possibility of selecting candidates to fill vacancies even before they arrive in Russia. The memorandum will contribute to the process of establishing organized labor migration, which, in turn, will simplify the issues of migration registration for citizens,» he said.
