Russian doctors examine 220 children with developmental delays

The humanitarian project Mission GOOD has been completed in Kyrgyzstan. The Russian House in Bishkek reported.

The project was carried out in the republic for the second time, but this time it has covered not only Bishkek, but also Chui region, as well as the southern regions.

«Five Russian specialists arrived in Kyrgyzstan: a speech pathologist, a psychologist, a methodologist for work with children with disabilities, a palliative care doctor and a pediatric neurologist. From May 29 to June 22, the volunteers examined 220 children with delayed speech and psychomotor development, including cerebral palsy, held consultations for parents of children with disabilities, shared their experience with colleagues from Kyrgyzstan,» the organization said.
