Russia and Kyrgyzstan will create a single electrical energy market. President of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic Danil Ibraev announced on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
According to him, a common operator for electricity swap trading for the day ahead should appear. The project should contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of Kyrgyzstan within the framework of generation of cheap electricity and, in general, is important for getting electricity within the framework of entrepreneurship development.
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is the largest economic forum in Russia. This year it takes place from June 14 to June 17. The main theme of the business program is «Sovereign development is the basis of a just world. Let’s join forces for the sake of future generations.»
