A welcoming ceremony for the leaders of Central Asian countries with the participation of the Chinese President Xi Jinping took place in Xi’an. Press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Sadyr Japarov took part in the ceremony together with the First Lady Aigul Japarova. The head of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev also attended the ceremony together with his wife Ziroathon Khoshimova.
The ceremony of greeting the leaders of the Central Asian states was held in Tang Lotus Garden, where Xi Jinping and his wife met the distinguished guests. The solemn ceremony was held in the style of the Tang Dynasty era. A short theatrical performance in the form of a «lotus dance» was organized for the heads of state and their spouses.
