Creator of an online store for sale of drugs was for the first time in Kyrgyzstan sentenced to 13 years in prison for money laundering and trade in psychotropic substances. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
The owner of the online store KG_Svetofor actively advertised drugs in Telegram messenger. He was arrested in 2022 with an accomplice for drug dealing.
In particular, they were charged with illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues for the purpose of sale and money laundering. The amount of money obtained by criminal means is over 2 million soms.
The court found 32-year-old Ilya L. guilty and sentenced him to 13 years in prison. 22-year-old Nadezhda I. was fined 80,000 soms.
