Irrigation canal repaired in Issyk-Ata district

Irrigation flumes were installed in Issyk-Ata district of Kyrgyzstan. More than 9 million soms were spent on it. Press service of the district state administration reported.

Luxemburg rural administration conducted overhaul of irrigation systems and built irrigation flumes with the length of 2,314 meters for economical use of irrigation water.

The total cost of the project implementation is 9,275 million soms. Of these, 8,135 million soms were allocated by the Chui Region Development Fund, 1,140 million soms — by the rural administration.

«The canal is ready to provide the farmers with irrigation water,» the administration reported.
