Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Torobaev met with the heads of construction companies. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
According to it, there are cases when citizens bought apartments in multi-storey buildings under construction, but could not move in because the object was not completed.
To protect citizens from such cases, the Cabinet of Ministers is working on a regulation on the shared construction of multi-storey residential buildings.
According to the new regulation, construction companies will be required to complete the construction of each apartment building they have begun, and they will also be prohibited from selling apartments immediately after laying the foundation.
Enactment of this regulation will increase transparency between construction companies and citizens.
The Deputy Chairman said that such meetings with the heads of relevant state bodies and construction companies would be held regularly to achieve the set task.
