More than 870 mortgage apartments in Jalal-Abad region will be handed over to citizens after the May holidays. These figures were announced following a working meeting at State Mortgage Company (SMC) JSC, chaired by Kanybek Tumanbaev, head of the Department of Presidential Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In this regard, Kanybek Tumanbaev instructed the SMC to accelerate the process and urgently launch the option to submit applications through Tunduk app in order to simplify the procedure for citizens.
Given the existing waitlists for housing, Tumanbaev also instructed the SMC to actively conduct informational meetings with applicants, explaining the application process, the formation of waiting lists, and the rules for apartment allocation.
Kanybek Tumanbaev emphasized that all processes must be as transparent, understandable, and accessible to citizens as possible.
It is worth noting that over 10,000 families have acquired housing since the establishment of the State Mortgage Company.
