«When the teenager was found, she confessed that she had been raped by a 21-year-old man. The investigator of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Sverdlovsky district of the capital sent the victim to the Internal Affairs Directorate of Leninsky district. The police interrogated the girl only once, opened a criminal case, but the suspect was not taken into custody. In addition, according to preliminary data, the investigators forged documents — the protocol of the interrogation of the girl and the results of the examination,» the sources said.
According to some reports, law enforcement officers of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Leninsky district of Bishkek indicated in the protocol of interrogation that the girl, by mutual agreement, had sexual contact with the suspect. The expert also gave a conclusion that the teenager looks like a 17-18 years old.
It is known that the Prosecutor General’s Office opened a criminal case against two investigators from the Leninsky District Internal Affairs Department and an expert who gave the conclusion.
All three were taken into custody and placed in the remand center 1 in Bishkek. Two defendants appealed this decision to the Bishkek City Court. The suspect in the rape of the girl was also detained and taken into custody.
