The hockey team of Kyrgyzstan won silver medals in the Division II, losing to athletes from Uzbekistan.
Earlier Nurdoolot Adylbekov took the second place, and Azimzhan Rakhmatulaev — the third in the giant slalom.
The II International Winter Games Children of Asia were held in Kuzbass (Russia) from February 23 to March 5. Athletes from Russia, Turkmenistan, Bahrain, Thailand, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia and other countries took part in them. The program included ten winter sports.
