The Bishkek City Hall will not increase the public transport fares yet. Mayor of Bishkek Emilbek Abdykadyrov told at a press conference.
According to him, the City Hall has withdrawn its draft resolution to increase the fares.
«We withdrew the draft resolution, talked to the deputies of the City Council. The people are not ready for this, they are dissatisfied that prices are already being raised for everything and it will be difficult for them,» he said and added that the City Hall planned at the first stage to make the fare when it is paid in cash higher.
