The third meeting of the Kyrgyz-Hungarian Business Council was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hungary. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan reported.
More than 40 Kyrgyz and Hungarian companies representing various sectors — pharmaceuticals, construction, textile industry, agriculture — took part in the meeting. The work of the Business Council was headed by the Presidents of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan and Hungary, Temir Sariev and Laszlo Parrag, as well as the Chairman of the Hungarian Business Council Andras Bacsi-Nagy.
The parties noted mutual interest in cooperation. The Hungarian side expressed readiness to exchange experience in the field of technologies of various sectors of the economy, including mining. Kyrgyz companies are interested in finding partners for the supply of agricultural equipment and seeds.
«A number of businessmen agreed to open a pharmaceutical enterprise. The Hungarian side offered Kyrgyzstan the transfer of technology, creation of UAVs that are used in the irrigation of agricultural land. Hungary also offers cooperation in the field of cybersecurity, equipment for the protection of border areas. There is an interest in cooperation in the field of agriculture, in the export and import of organic products,» the Chamber of Commerce and Industry reported.
