Registration for Hajj 2023 begins in Kyrgyzstan

The Spiritual Directorate of the Muslims of Kyrgyzstan (SDMK) reported that registration for the Hajj will begin on January 24.

The SDMK informed that believers, who have been in the electronic queue since 2019-2022, must pay $1,000 to the RSK Bank from January 24 to February 14 and submit a receipt to the regional, district and city kaziyats. Those who do not pay this fee to the bank will be excluded from the electronic queue.

Kyrgyzstanis intending to go on Hajj for the first time must register from February 20 to March 6 and pay a fee of $1,000 to RSK Bank, as well as a non-refundable fee of 1,000 soms.

These pilgrims must also provide documents and a receipt to the regional, district and city kaziyats.

Recall, Saudi Arabia allocated 6,000 quotas for pilgrims from Kyrgyzstan to participate in the Hajj in 2023.

There are 4,313 citizens in line for the pilgrimage in the electronic database.
