The first RestPoint in Kyrgyzstan will be opened in Kemin. The Tourism Development Support Fund reported.
According to it, construction of the building and landscaping of the territory have already been almost completed.
RestPoint, a modern version of the caravanserai, is an opportunity for tourists and travelers to relax, get information, charge gadgets or an electric car. They can drink coffee or take a shower there. Each RestPoint will be equipped with a tourist interactive display containing all the information travelers need — about routes and attractions, recreation areas and places of interest nearby.
RestPoint will work year-round.
In total, 68 rest points will be built in Kyrgyzstan. The first of them — in Talas, Kara-Kul, Naryn, Kadzhi-Sai, Barpy — are already at the final stage.
