Foreign students who staged brawl in Bishkek placed in remand centre

Foreign students, who staged a mass brawl in Bishkek, were placed in a remand centre. Press service of the Central Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek informed 24.kg news agency

«The Sverdlovsky District Court chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention in remand centre 1 for a period of two months for four suspects,» the department informed.

Mass brawl broke out on November 10 in Bishkek between foreign students, citizens of Pakistan. The participants of the conflict were detained by the police. Four of them were placed in the temporary detention facilities. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 «Hooliganism» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
