A brawl broke out earlier between the citizens of Pakistan on Victory Square.
It is reported that a citizen of Pakistan applied to the police on November 11, 2022 with a request to take action against two compatriots and other unknown persons who in the evening of November 10 inflicted bodily injuries on him for no reason on Victory Square.
This fact was registered. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 «Hooliganism» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the course of search and investigative activities, law enforcement officers identified and detained the suspects. They were placed in the temporary detention center of the Central Internal Affairs Department.
According to the press service, other participants in the fight were also identified and brought to the police station, whose actions will also be legally assessed.
«It is worth noting that a number of students studying at one of the capital’s universities were expelled for violating the norms of behavior and the rules of stay on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic,» the Internal Affairs Department said.
