Shareholders of Dastan TNC OJSC held an extraordinary meeting on July 15, 2022. The company confirmed the information.
By the decision of the shareholders, members of the Board of Directors Chynybek Anarbek uulu and Abdinabiy Aliev were dismissed ahead of schedule.
Instead, Askat Zhunushev and Stalbek Kadyraliev were elected to the Board of Directors.
